I think this project will positively impact <br />this community with jobs, revenue and much needed housing for this city. <br />DTSA and the surrounding area are on the cusp of becoming a renowned destination for people to eat, work and <br />play and a great place to come home to. I agree that adding a housing component to this project will definitely <br />enhance this appeal. I believe in this area, with the artist community, the entertainment and nightlife, restaurants <br />and especially the community - which is why I invested in building a Pizza Press restaurant in DTSA. I want to <br />see this area thrive as an urban city of the future.
