I collected at the Post Office, <br />Concord/Edna Park area, Riverview Golf Course area and other areas as well. Nearly all residents were aware of the <br />Main Street development and willingly signed. Regardless of the area being surveyed, the people thought the high - <br />density apartments was a bad idea. Some of the neighborhoods were adjacent to apartments and were dealing with <br />the traffic and parking issues in their neighborhoods. They felt strongly that permit parking was a costly and painful <br />remedy. <br />This is a city-wide issue and not just Park Santiago.
