Title to all items of Capital Equipment <br />purchased vests and will remain in COUNTY as such shall be designated by <br />ADMINISTRATOR. The use of such items of Capital Equipment is limited to the <br />performance of this Agreement. Upon the termination of this Agreement, <br />CONTRACTOR shall immediately return any items of Capital Equipment to COUNTY <br />or its representatives, or dispose of them in accordance with the directions <br />of ADMINISTRATOR. <br />CONTRACTOR further agrees to the following: <br />14.1.1 To maintain all items of Capital Equipment in good working <br />order and condition, normal wear and tear excepted. <br />14.1.2 To label all items of Capital Equipment, do periodic <br />inventories as required by ADMINISTRATOR and to. maintain an inventory list <br />showing where and how the Capital Equipment is being used, in accordance with <br />procedures developed by ADMINISTRATOR. All such lists shall be submitted to <br />ADMINISTRATOR within ten (10) days of any request therefor. <br />14.1.3 To report in writing to ADMINISTRATOR immediately after <br />discovery, the loss or theft of any items of Capital Equipment. For stolen <br />items, the local law enforcement agency must be contacted and a copy of the <br />police report submitted to ADMINISTRATOR. <br />14.1.4 To purchase a policy or policies of insurance covering <br />loss or damage to any and all Capital Equipment purchased under this <br />Agreement, in the amount of the full replacement value thereof, providing <br />protection against the classification of fire, extended coverage, vandalism, <br />malicious mischief and special extended perils (all risks) covering the <br />(FNH0209) <br />21 of 40 <br />(3/18/09) <br />
