l <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />3.3.9 Children's Bureau shall provide qualified DR Advocate <br />staff as specified in Subparagraph 1.4.12 of this Exhibit, <br />3.4 DR In -Home Parenting Program: <br />3.4.1 Chi Idren's Bureau shall provide DR In - Home Parenting <br />Program services to at -risk families with children ages birth to eighteen (0- <br />18) years in the community who have been identified by ADMINISTRATOR and <br />referred to CONTRACTOR as potential risks for child abuse and/or neglect, <br />hereinafter referred to as "PARTICIPANTS" for purposes of Subparagraph 3.4 of <br />this Exhibit. <br />3.4.2 Chi Idren's Bureau shall provide • DR In -Home Parenting <br />Program services for a minimum of thirty (30) unduplicated PARTICIPANTS. DR <br />In -Home Parenting Program services shall include, but not be limited to, the <br />following: parent education using NuParent and/or Young Parent curriculum, or <br />other curriculum to be approved in advance and in writing by ADMINISTRATOR, on <br />parenting skills, discipline, budgeting, child development, and child health <br />and safety conducting a comprehensive face-to-face assessment, and subsequent <br />reassessments as needed, of PARTICIPANTS' strengths and needs; developing an <br />individualized service plan; administering evaluation tools; and coordinating <br />service delivery with other service providers. Children's Bureau may offer DR <br />In -Home Parenting Program services to all other FRC participants who request <br />this service provided that all PARTICIPANTS referred by ADMINISTRATOR are <br />served as .a priority, <br />3.4.3 ADMINISTRATOR does not guarantee CONTRACTOR any specified <br />minimum number of referrals for the DR In -Home Parenting Program and <br />acknowledges that the number of PARTICIPANTS served is contingent in part, <br />upon the number of referrals to CONTRACTOR. <br />3.4.4 Chi Idren's Bureau shall provide DR In -Home <br />Program services Monday through Friday during FRC operating hours <br />(FNH0209) <br />9 of 42 <br />Parenting <br />and on <br />(3/1.8/09) <br />
