The <br />composition of CONTRACTOR's CAC <br />will <br />vary, depending on the specific goals of, and the services to be provided by, <br />the FRC. The CAC shall consist of community members such as parents, youths, <br />teachers, businesses, religious community leaders, law enforcement, and city <br />representatives. <br />10.5 Appropriate CONTRACTOR staff shall participate in all required <br />training identified by ADMINISTRATOR, including, but not limited to, <br />management information system, FRC Program Coordinator's role in.the FRC, and <br />other FRC responsibilities and activities. ADMINISTRATOR will provide <br />CONTRACTOR with detailed information regarding training date(s) and <br />location(s). <br />10.6 CONTRACTOR shall follow ADMINISTRATOR's established procedures for <br />reporting any special incidents that occur during 'CONTRACTOR's performance of <br />duties under this Agreement, involving CONTRACTOR's staff, participants, <br />and/or property. <br />10.7 Human Options shall provide child care services at the FRC to <br />children of parents attending FRC programs during FRC operating hours, and on <br />evenings and weekends as required by participants, continuously throughout the <br />term of this Agreement. Human Options shall provide qualified Child Care <br />Activity Leader staff as specified in Subparagraph 14.17 of this Exhibit. <br />11. REPORTS <br />11.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and submit written reports regarding each <br />participant to the FaCT Program Coordinator including, but not limited to, the <br />following information: <br />(FNH0209) <br />I..1.1.
