This includes, but is not limited to, participation in the <br />following: <br />12.1.1 Assessment of long-term need for and reasonableness of <br />FaCT collaborative programs; <br />12.1.2 Training programs developed by or for FaCT; <br />12.1.3 Outreach activities initiated by FaCT staff or FaCT <br />committees, as mutually agreed by CONTRACTOR and ADMINISTRATOR; <br />12.1.4 Research of other public/private funding sources and <br />opportunities; <br />12.1.5 Pursuit of linkages with other partners, as appropriate; <br />and <br />12.1.6 Development of marketing and community education materials <br />as mutually agreed upon by CONTRACTOR and ADMINISTRATOR. <br />12.2 CONTRACTOR agrees to cooperate in these efforts; as well as <br />independently pursue opportunities to improve sustainability of their <br />collaborative program. Independent activities may include activities <br />identified above as well as grant writing, and engaging in collaborative <br />agreements with other integrated service initiatives. <br />12.3 CONTRACTOR shall inform ADMINISTRATOR of its activities to sustain <br />CONTRACTOR's FaCT collaborative program by including written progress reports <br />in FaCT mandated reports. <br />(FNNd209) <br />24 of 42 <br />(3/18/09) <br />
