1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />29 <br />14.6 Counselor: <br />14.6.1 Duties: Responsible for providing Individual and Family <br />Counseling services at the FRC; attending Comprehensive Case Management Team <br />meetings; attending' required FRC meetings and training; and completing <br />required documentation. <br />14.6.2 Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in social work or <br />counseling from an accredited university, and licensed or license eligible; or <br />Ph.D. in clinical psychology: if not licensed, work under the direction of a <br />licensed clinician: one (1) year of counseling experience; and excellent <br />verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is required: and. <br />proficiency in English is required. <br />14.7 Parent Educator: <br />14.7.1 Duties: Responsible for providing Parent Education <br />Classes; reviewing and maintaining program files; referring families to <br />available community resources as appropriate; maintaining program records; and <br />completing all required documentation. <br />14.7.2 Minimum Qualifications: Three (3) years of college course <br />work and/or high school diploma with three (3) years of parent education <br />experience; knowledge of community resources; bilingual in Spanish is <br />required; and proficiency in English is required. <br />14.8 Program Supervisor: <br />14.8.1 Duties: Responsible for overseeing the administration of <br />services provided by the Counselor and Parent Educator at the FRC; ensuring <br />staff are provided with adequate training; ensuring accuracy of data <br />collection; and attending FRC partner meetings as required. <br />14.8.2 Minimum QualificaLions: Bachelor's degree in human <br />services or a related field from an accredited university; five (5) years of <br />management and supervisory experience in the social service field; possess <br />(FNH0209) <br />37 of 42 <br />(3/18/09) <br />
