This provision <br />shall not apply to conversions of existing buildings. <br />(E) Lot coverage and use intensity maximum established in zoning district may be <br />exceeded to permit an ADU up to eight hundred (800) square feet in size. This <br />provision shall not apply to conversions of existing buildings. <br />(F) Required open space may be reduced to permit an ADU up to eight hundred (800) <br />square feet in size. Open space requirement shall only apply to properties <br />developed or proposed to be developed with a single-family residence.
