Project <br />included the installation of new asphalt roadway paving striping and <br />sealing. <br />Trickling Filter Upgrade Project Visalia Water Conservation Plant <br />Filter Upgrade Project, City of Visalia, CA: Resident Engineer. Trickling <br />filter upgrade project. Performed field and office project management <br />services, review submittals, RFIs, RFPs, PCIs, and Contractor partial <br />payment estimates, resolve disputes. The project required rehabilitation <br />and installation of four 180 foot diameter VFD controlled, gear -driven <br />rotary mast distributors and replacement of conventional rock media <br />with high rate plastic media, a new pump station, new piping, electrical <br />and instrumentation systems. Responsibilities included all resident <br />engineering functions including review of submittals and shop drawings, <br />answering RFIs, preparing and evaluating RFPs and reviewing value <br />engineering proposals. Project included the installation of new asphalt <br />roadway paving striping and sealing. <br />Recycled Water Pipeline Project, Camrosa Water District Project <br />City of Camarillo, CA: Resident Engineer, for the Camrosa Water <br />District Project Recycled Water Pipeline project. The pipeline elements <br />include 43,000 linear feet of steel cement mortar lined and coated pipe. <br />The pipeline was constructed in sensitive agricultural area. The project <br />included the open cut excavation across the environmentally sensitive <br />Conejo Creek including open channel diversion of the creek flow while <br />maintaining fish access to feeding areas. Project included the installation <br />of new asphalt roadway paving striping and sealing. <br />Wastewater Treatment Facility Additions, City of Reedley, CA: <br />Construction Manager. Responsibilities included all resident engineering <br />functions. This centrifuge project included construction of a new <br />centrifuge building including a polymer thickening system which produces <br />a 22 percent cake from a % percent WAS system, included a new WAS <br />pump station and associated yard piping, extended aeration process <br />and all accompanying electrical and instrumentation processes. Project <br />included the installation of new asphalt roadway paving striping and <br />sealing. <br />Wastewater Treatment Facility Clarifier Addition and RAS Pump <br />Station Projects, City of Exeter, CA: Construction Manager for the City <br />of Exeter, California. Responsibilities included all resident engineering <br />functions.
