He has served as both a supervisory inspector, <br />EDUCATION <br />overseeing permit inspectors, as well as a lead inspector on various capital <br />A.A. Engineering <br />improvement projects, including street, sewer, water and storm drain <br />improvements. As construction inspector, Mr. Ledyard's responsibilities include <br />AVAILABILITY <br />site observation and construction quality assurance and control, ensuring <br />60%u <br />general site safety, preparing daily reports, photo documentation, monitoring <br />SVVPPP and BMP implementation, providing daily updates to the city project <br />manager, labor compliance and EEO interviews, providing recommendations <br />and responses for contractor RFIs, assisting with submittal and shop drawing <br />reviews, tracking quantities, and assisting with the progress payment reviews. <br />Project Experience <br />Sewer Relining and Point Repair <br />CITY OF PASADENA I PASADENA, CA <br />Construction Inspector. Mr. Ledyard served as construction inspector for the <br />rehabilitation of more than 10,000 LF of existing 8-inch- and 10-inch-diameter <br />sewer mains. Specifically, the project included pipe lining and/or point repairs; <br />cleaning; pre -lining and post lining video inspections; removing and replacing <br />damaged sections of pipes; and installation of pipe liners. <br />Sewer Capacity Upgrades <br />CITY OF PASADENA I PASADENA, CA <br />Construction Inspector. Mr. Ledyard served as construction inspector for the <br />reconstruction of approximately 2,900 linear feet of sanitary sewer. The work <br />included the removal of existing 8-inch- to 10-inch-diameter sewer mains and <br />replacing them with 10-inch- to 18-inch-diameter mains; reconstructing existing <br />sewer manholes, and reconnecting existing house sewer laterals. <br />Eastside Well Collector Project <br />CITY OF PASADENA I PASADENA, CA <br />Construction Inspector. Mr. Ledyard served as construction inspector on this <br />$5M water improvements project. The scope of work included the installation <br />of approximately 4 miles of 16-inch, 20-inch, and 24-inch water mains along <br />Monte Vista Street, Craig Avenue, Foothill Boulevard, Sierra Madre Villa <br />Avenue and Sierra Madre Boulevard. The project also included connections to <br />an existing reservoir and six groundwater wells. He also was responsible for <br />permit coordination and plan reviews. <br />Lake Avenue Water Main Replacement Project <br />CITY OF PASADENA I PASADENA, CA <br />Construction Inspector. Mr. Ledyard served as construction inspector on this <br />$1.5M water improvement project. The scope of work included the installation <br />V 5 of approximately 1 mile of 8-inch diameter water main line; installation of all <br />valves, hydrants and appurtenances; reconnection with existing adjacent <br />mains; and reconnection/reconstruction of existing water services. <br />
