Bel ancing the Natural and Built Environment <br />November 26, 2019 <br />Rudy Rosas, Project Manager <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />Public Works Agency <br />20 Civic Center Plaza <br />Santa, Ana, CA 92701 <br />Subject: Proposal for On -Call Water Resources Engineering Services, RFP No. 19-100 <br />Dear Mr. Rosas: <br />Psomas is providing for your review and consideration our proposal for On -Call Water <br />Resources Engineering Services. Our Project Team has reviewed the RFP and understands the <br />City of Santa Ana is looking for qualified firms to assist them in providing the necessary water <br />resources engineering design services on an as -needed basis. Therefore, Psomas has <br />assembled a Project Team of highly qualified professionals who are experts in their fields. <br />Leading the team is our Project Manager, Ms. Maira Salcedo, PE, who will also serve as the <br />City's primary point of contact for the duration of this contract. Maira's relevant project <br />experience includes serving as Project Manager for the City's Well 29 Rehabilitation project and <br />serving as Assistant Project Manager on the Walnut Pump Station Upgrade project. In addition <br />to her extensive water facility design experience, Maira has recent relevant experience in water <br />pipeline design and the rehabilitation of sewer mains. Maira's qualifications include training <br />through the NASSCO PACP (Pipeline Assessment Certification Program) and MACP (Manhole <br />Assessment Certification Program), making her uniquely qualified to assess the condition of <br />sewer mains and manholes. <br />Supporting Maira are Psomas project managers, Mike Swan, PE, and Nancy Baker, PE. Mike <br />specializes in water and sewer planning and hydraulic modeling, as well as design of all types of <br />water and sewer facilities.
