Deliverables: Final utility research <br />correspondence and plans, 50% PS&E submittal. <br />Final Design <br />10. Prepare 90% PS&E submittal including a <br />project description and forms suitable for <br />City staff's use in preparing environmental <br />documentation for the project. <br />12. Prepare 100% PS&E submittal based on <br />comments from 90% submittal review and <br />other requirements. <br />13. Prepare agenda for, attend and prepare <br />minutes for monthly meetings with City staff <br />during the design phase to review project <br />issues and status reports and monitor <br />schedule progress. <br />Deliverables: 90% PS&E submittal with return <br />of 50% City redlines and comments; 100% <br />PS&E submittal with return of 90% City redlines <br />and comments; Final PS&E submittal (ready for <br />printing/bidding) with 100% City redlines and <br />comments, meeting agenda and minutes. <br />Bid/Award and Construction <br />Support Services <br />14. Provide support services during bid/award <br />phase to answer contractor questions and <br />plan clarifications and prepare addenda <br />for revisions, if necessary. Assist City staff <br />in bid analysis and preparation of award <br />documents. <br />15.
