His background includes <br />o <br />REGISTRATION <br />work with long-term flow monitoring services for model verification; <br />Professional Engineer/ <br />capacity studies for siphons, pump stations, and critical sewer segments; <br />CA #049435 <br />infiltration and inflow (I/I) analysis and prioritization studies; sewer system <br />evaluation surveys such as physical inspections and smoke testing; as <br />EDUCATION <br />well as technical reporting and presentation. <br />1991/MS/Program <br />Project Experience <br />Core Courses, Civil/ <br />Environmental <br />Maywood Sewer Modeling, City of Maywood, CA: As as subconsultant <br />Engineering/California <br />to Psomas, ADS provided flow monitoring at four locations for 14 days in <br />State University, <br />the City of Maywood to support Psomas' development of a hydraulic model <br />Long Beach <br />of the entire City. One location was to develop a flow factor for residential <br />population and dwelling units, as well as a typical diurnal curve. The other <br />1986/BS/Chemical <br />Engineering/California <br />three locations were for calibration of the main tributary sewer areas. <br />State Polytechnic <br />East Bay Municipal Utility District, Wet Weather Sewer Flow <br />University, Pomona <br />Monitoring Study, Oakland, CA: Senior Project Manager having <br />primary responsibility for running this 109-meter, nine -rain gauge, three- <br />year project to identify basins with substantial I/I issues. Responsibilities <br />for the project included cost control, ensuring deliverables were met, and <br />oversight of all field and data analysis activities.
