2.3 100% Complete Plans, Specifications and <br />Estimates <br />We will prepare 100-percent completed <br />construction plans and specifications, and <br />incorporate all review comments and permitting <br />requirements into the design. <br />The City will provide special provision sections <br />for review and updating. Front end bid <br />documents to be provided by the City's Public <br />Works Department will also be part of the bid <br />documents. <br />We will provide a copy of 100-percent complete <br />plans in electronic format (i.e. PDF) for final <br />review prior to printing. After the plans have been <br />accepted for printing, we will provide full-size <br />sets and halfsize sets printed on regular paper, <br />sets of final specifications, and cost estimate. We <br />will provide one (1) soft copy of plans in <br />AutoCAD and pdf formats; one (1) soft copy of <br />specifications in Microsoft Word and pdf, and <br />one (1) soft copy of cost estimate.
