and maintain any facilities funded as part of the Project for a reasonable <br />period, not less than the useful life of the facilities; <br />c. Agrees to provide any funds beyond the Conservancy grant funds necessary <br />to complete the Project; and, <br />d. Authorizes the City Manager, or her designee, to act as a representative of <br />the City and to negotiate and execute on behalf of the grantee all agreements <br />and instruments necessary to comply with the Conservancy's grant <br />requirements, including, without limitation, the grant agreement. <br />Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 215t day of April, 2020. <br />Miguel A.
