A public notice was published on April 17, 2020 in <br />the Orange County Register in English, La Opinion in Spanish and the Ngoi Viet in <br />Vietnamese to inform the public of the commencement of the 5-day public comment <br />period and public hearing. XX comments were submitted for the Substantial <br />Amendment. <br />April 21, 2020 City Council Meeting Public Hearing: <br />At its Regular Meeting on April 21, 2020, the City Council approved the SUBSTANTIAL <br />AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2019 — 2020 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN IN <br />ORDER TO ALLOCATE AND PROGRAM $3,374,017 IN COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT-CORONAVIRUS FUNDS, AND $1,727,403 IN <br />EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT CORONAVIRUS FUNDS TO PREVENT, <br />PREPARE FOR, AND RESPOND TO THE CORONAVIRUS, AND AUTHORIZE ITS <br />SUBMISSION TO THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN <br />DEVELOPMENT by a vote of (X:X). <br />PROOF OF PUBLICATION 5-DAY COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING <br />See attachment. <br />04/2020 5 <br />75B-19 <br />
