APPROVE A THREE-YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT WITH RICK KAGASOFF FOR <br />WAREHOUSE SPACE IN THE AMOUNT OF $187,200 – Police Department <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to execute a three-year <br />lease agreement with Rick Kagasoff for warehouse space, for the period of May 1, <br />2020 through April 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $187,200. This agreement <br />includes the option for two-one year renewals following expiration of this lease, <br />provided the annual lease increase does not exceed five percent, subject to non- <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement <br />No. A-2020-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25E. APPROVE AGREEMENTS FOR ON-CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES IN AN <br />AGGREGATE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,000,000 (NON-GENERAL FUND) <br />– Public Works Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager to execute agreements <br />with the contractors listed below to provide on-call engineering services for the <br />three-year period beginning April 21, 2020, and ending on April 21, 2023, with a <br />provision for one, two-year extension, for a total aggregate amount not to exceed <br />$2,000,000 subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and <br />City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2020-XXX): <br /> <br />a.
