Comments will be viewable on the City Meetings web page. The City Clerk will announce a <br />report in support of or opposition to an item. The deadline to submit your comments is Council <br />meeting Tuesday, by 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> Please email your comments to ecomment@santa-ana.org <br /> Please state your name for the record, on the subject line of your email, state the following: <br />“Public Comment for Agenda Item No. #” <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain matters without <br />members of the public present. The City Council finds, based on advice from the City Attorney, that discussion in open <br />session of the following matters will prejudice the position of the City in existing and anticipated litigation: <br /> <br />1.
