ONE BROADWAY PLAZA PROJECT EIR ADDENDUM <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />5. Environmental Analysis <br />Broadway, SARHP #104). The SARHP notes that the Twist -Basler House/Basler Home is no longer at the <br />Project Site and it was relocated to Cabrillo Park, Tennis Center (Santa Ana 2020). <br />Comments: <br />a) Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a historical resource pursuant to <br />§ 15064.5? <br />No impact. The Proposed Project amending the existing entitlements for the Approved Project to allow for <br />the incorporation of residential uses within the approved office tower. The Proposed Project would not expand <br />building square footage of the previously approved tower. As such, no changes proposed by the Proposed <br />Project would result in new impacts to the historical resources on site. The Proposed Project would incorporate <br />all identified mitigation measures. No impacts of greater severity than those previously identified in the <br />Certified FIR would occur, and no changes or new information would require preparation of a subsequent <br />FIR. <br />b) Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of an archaeological resource pursuant to <br />§ 15064.5? <br />No impact. The Proposed Project would not result in new excavations or other soil disturbances. Therefore, <br />the Proposed Project would not have the possibility of uncovering or changing the significant of any <br />archaeological resources. The Proposed Project would incorporate all identified mitigation measures. No <br />impacts of greater severity than those previously identified in the Certified FIR would occur, and no changes <br />or new information would require preparation of a subsequent FIR. <br />c) Disturb any human remains, including those interred outside of formal cemeteries? <br />No impact. The Proposed Project would not result in new excavation or other soil disturbances beyond what <br />was approved under the Approved Project. Therefore, the Proposed Project would not have the possibility of <br />disturbing any human remains. The Proposed Project would incorporate all identified mitigation measures. No <br />impacts of greater severity than those previously identified in the Certified FIR would occur, and no changes <br />or new information would require preparation of a subsequent FIR. <br />5.5.3 Adopted Mitigation Measures Applicable to the Proposed Project <br />CR-1 Relocation of Historic Resources at 1007-1009 North Broadway (Yale Apartments). <br />The historical resources proposed for demolition as part of the proposed One Broadway Plaza <br />project should be made available for relocation as follows: <br />A. The availability of the Yale Apartments for relocation shall be noticed by posting a sign <br />at a location which is visible from the public right-of-way and by advertising in at least <br />one newspaper with a local circulation.
