When the bill comes it always surprises us regarding how <br />high it is. <br />Santa Ana is aware that many of the people living in Santa Ana are Hispanics that do not make much money, <br />especially in our neighborhood (Washington Square). <br />Despite my opposition to the increase, out of curiosity, what is the purpose of the increase?
