Authorize the City Manager to execute a Cooperative Agreement with the Orange County <br />Transportation Authority (OCTA) to acquire City properties and easements, and reimburse the <br />City up to $100,000 from the execution of the contract until June 30, 2025 for actual costs of <br />services related to the State Route 55 Improvement Project, subject to non -substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $10,000 in funds from OCTA, as outlined in <br />the cooperative agreement for the State Route 55 Improvement Project, into the Measure M <br />OCTA Transitway Project Fund revenue account and appropriating the same into the Measure <br />M OCTA Transitway Project Fund expenditure account. <br />3. Approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2019-20 Capital Improvement Program to add SR- <br />55 Widening Project to include design funds in the amount of $10,000. <br />4. Authorize the City Manager to execute three utility reimbursement agreements, COSA- <br />1101/1103, COSA-1115, and COSA-1117, with the Orange County Transportation Authority for <br />water relocation project costs related to the State Route 55 widening project from the execution <br />of the contract until June 30, 2025, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney. <br />20A-1 <br />
