Approve Municipal Facilities License Agreement <br />May 5, 2020 <br />Page 2 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The Public Works Agency expects to enter into Municipal Facilities License Agreements with three <br />wireless carriers, of which New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC is the second. Anticipated combined <br />revenues for the three agreements, in the amount of $50,000, were recognized during the March <br />17, 2020 City Council meeting in Public Works Revenues, Small Cell Application Fee for City <br />Facilities revenue account (no. 01117002-53740) and appropriated into the Public Works City <br />Facilities License Agreement, Contract Services — Professional expenditure account (no. <br />01117605-62300) for expenditure in Fiscal Year 2019-20. <br />NS:yv <br />Exhibit: 1.
