Results <br />96. Gang clean up and mental ill, drug addicts on the streets. It is scary to go <br />outside my home. It is not safe on these streets. <br />97. Decrease crime and provide assistance to medium income families not <br />just low income. <br />98. Provide funding to repair my home and to add a bedroom and <br />bathroom. <br />99. Re -zone to allow for high density housing next to areas that are <br />traditionally occupied by single family residential. Provide education to <br />NIMBY's so they know what parking is required and how office buildings <br />are not as in demand as housing and how residential actually has less <br />impact on traffic than office space. <br />100. Invest in rehabilitating run down homes and get rid of properties <br />managed by slum lords who do the minimal to their properties because <br />the rents are low. <br />101. Reasonable affordable homes to purchase, reasonable rent. <br />102. Better parking and enforce single family homes. No room for rent <br />properties, make apartments provide more parking for tenants so they <br />don't park in single family neighborhoods. <br />103. Increase affordable housing. <br />104. I am retired and live in the Tustin school district. I own a modest home in <br />Monterey Villas. The most important thing the city can do is address the <br />homeless problem. A well-rounded approach: Shelters; Transitional <br />homes; Low coast housing; Mental health services; and yes Law <br />Enforcement when needed. <br />105. Rent control by new Law. <br />106. Fight crime. <br />107. Support with affordable housing and or rental assistance. After the ICE <br />raids that happened back in July, my mother and 5 siblings lost their dad. <br />They have been struggling with making their monthly rent payments on <br />their own. We have been trying to find support programs in the <br />community, but almost everything is closed or unable. It's been hard to <br />have a sustainable livelihood for both my own family and my mom and <br />siblings. <br />108. Reduce over -crowding. Reduce illegal immigration. Revitalize bad <br />neighborhoods. Help foster people and programs that create opportunity. <br />109. Reduce corruption. We need to end overcrowding apartments, we need <br />to assist young adolescents to get out of substance abuse, we need to <br />put tougher fines on people doing graffiti. We need to stop corrupt <br />people selling people's identity for years and the police have not done <br />anything about it. We need to provide assistance programs for new <br />homeowners and have all of our city look like north of 1 7th street. <br />110. Provide more after school services and programs for children of working <br />parents.
