No matter how many trolleys, street <br />cars the city brings in, it is not functioning. So many of the local families <br />stopped shopping there and it lost it's magic. <br />101. Diversity and Inclusion programs <br />102. Address real problems that result in our streets and parks being overrun by <br />homeless vagrants and not fixate on housing capacity. Real problems are <br />drug dependence, mental illness, lifestyle preference (choose to live on <br />street with no responsibility), temporary financial setbacks. It <br />seems like that could happen faster than the establishment of shelters, <br />etc. and fill a critical need. Train tracks on the streets are danger to the cars because it's not really <br />safe to drive over, most people don't see the tracks and drive too fast or <br />to slow and they might cause accidents <br />108. Having city programs which include opportunities to join girl/boy scouts or <br />sports is in shambles in Santa Ana. I have to drive to Costa Mesa to find <br />those better opportunities for my kids and that's a shame. <br />110. Madison Park needs a community center. The park needs a lot of work. <br />1 1 1 . After -school programs should serve the kids and should pay those who <br />give their time actively teaching or instructing the kids.
