Nothing when rules and regulation aren't being enforced <br />2. expansion of homeless services <br />3. Permanent Affordable Housing and transitional shelters focusing on <br />women. <br />4. The annual 5k is about the best thing I've seen the city implement in the <br />past 5 to 10 years. The attempt at bike lanes is nice but not good enough <br />as it's a hodgepodge and doesn't provide a sufficient trail to ride bikes. <br />14. Fourth street revamp has brought upon new business to the City of Santa <br />Ana. <br />15. Empowerment Zone <br />16. Focus on education. Support of Santa Ana's neighborhood groups. <br />17. Free Tax Preparation Service <br />18. Homeless services, youth development programs like High School Inc., <br />and financial stability programs like Orange County United Way's <br />SparkPoint OC. <br />19. City beautification project, public art, public spaces, community events <br />throughout the city and not just in main economic areas. Art has <br />transformed some of the worst neighborhoods in the world whether it be <br />murals or brightly colored homes. Art creates community where there was <br />none before. <br />20. Cleaning up Bristol street -but the streetcar idea is a waste of money. <br />21. Youth programs <br />22. 4th Street Market. <br />23.
