As an American of Mexican descent, I would love to be a town that <br />values and showcases that culture, but I don't think it's prudent to exclude <br />our Asian, Black, or White brothers and sisters to do it. We must be more <br />culturally inclusive, which also creates a marketable cultural vibe that is <br />attractive to investors, retailers, and the like.
