Fix the homelessness problem. <br />64.Santa Ana is growing. Our streets are becoming more and more <br />populated. <br />65.The homelessness in Santa Ana is in dire need of affordable housing. One <br />family alone cannot afford a 2 bedroom apartment in Santa Ana. The <br />residents are moving out of OC because there is no affordable housing. <br />To rent an apartment in Santa Ana a person must make twice the months' <br />rent in income otherwise they don't qualify. This requirement is absurd. <br />Families have to sleep on top of each other to have a place to sleep. This <br />situation is sad and is heartbreaking. If the state of California didn't pass <br />that bill on rent control. The city of Santa Ana should make it a new law. <br />Families are sleeping with small children in their cars.
