Clearinghouse, Jamboree Housing Corporation, Orange County Congregations <br />Community Organizations, and Orange County Community Housing Corporation. <br />Density Bonus Incentives <br />• City Planning staff has confirmed that current zoning code is consistent with current State <br />density bonus law. <br />City of San Clemente <br />Housing Discrimination <br />• The Fair Housing Foundation (FIIF) provided fair housing services to 261 San Clemente <br />households, most of whom were Hispanic. Issues included housing discrimination, notices <br />received, habitability issues, security deposit disputes, and lease terms. <br />• 5 housing discrimination inquiries were received and investigated, 4 related to physical or <br />mental disability discrimination and 1 related to marital status. 2 were resolved, 2 cases <br />were opened and then resolved. <br />• FHF provided 4 property management trainings, 4 landlord trainings, 3 tenant workshops, <br />and 4 walk-in clinics. <br />• FHF participated in 11 community events. <br />Racial and Ethnic Segregation <br />• FHF provided fair housing literature in both English and Spanish. <br />• PSAs were aired on the City's cable station. <br />• Participated in quarterly OCHA (PHA) Housing Advisory Committee meetings. <br />Reasonable Accommodations <br />• FHF conducted 3 landlord and 3 certified property managers trainings. <br />City- of Santa Ana <br />Housing Discrimination <br />In partnership with the Orange County Fair Housing Council, Inc., the City conducted <br />multi -faceted fair housing outreach to tenants, landlords, property owners, realtors, and <br />property management companies on an annual basis. Methods of outreach included <br />workshops, informational booths, presentations to civic leaders and community groups, <br />staff trainings, and distribution of multi-lingual fair housing literature. <br />o The City contracted with the Orange County Fair Housing Council for up to <br />$60,000 per year from 2015-2019 to conduct this outreach. The funds came from <br />the City's administrative funds for the implementation of the CDBG Program. <br />The City conducted focused outreach to small property owners/ landlords; conducted <br />property manager trainings on an annual basis and promoted fair housing certificate <br />training. <br />21 <br />75A-300 <br />
