APPROVE APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT AND AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR REGIONAL PLANNING UNDER THE WORKFORCE <br />INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT ($20,500) (NON -GENERAL FUND) - <br />Community Development Agency <br />Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes). <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2020-154 - Recognizing Workforce <br />Innovation and Opportunity Act grant funds from the County of Orange in the <br />amount of $20,500 in revenue account and appropriating same to expenditure <br />account. <br />Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the County of Orange <br />to receive $20,500 for regional planning and coordination efforts under the <br />federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, for a term of one year from <br />April 21, 2020 to April 20, 2021, subject to non -substantive changes approved by <br />the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. A-2020-XXX). <br />This consent Item - Agreement No. 2020-069 was approved. <br />20B.
