We are currently living through a global <br />pandemic, and our futures are uncertain as it is. To allow rent increases when so many <br />of us cannot work is to ignore the needs of your constituents by making certain that we <br />will be in large amounts of debt during a global emergency. Vote to protect the residents <br />of Santa Ana by extending the rent freezes. <br />0% <br />
