The City of Santa Ana has entered into this <br />Agreement for the provision of Jura Law, a legal calendaring management product from October 15, 2019 through <br />October 14, 2020. The parties seek to amend the agreement to increase the compensation for services to procure the <br />ability to add additional "Open & Closed Cases/Matters" to the Juralaw System. <br />Additional Open & Closed Case/Matters.................................................................................. $2000.00* <br />The total amount to be expended for this Agreement shall not exceed $7,272. <br />*Law Bulletin will bill the City of Santa Ana on a monthly basis at a rate of $5 per case for each additional case added to <br />the Juralaw system above the 30-case maximum allowed by the fee schedule. For the duration of the fee schedule, the <br />cumulative amount billed shall not exceed the amount set forth above. This addendum shall cover costs for any prior <br />services provided by Juralaw including under Agreement N-2018-203.
