• Architectural <br />• Landscape Architectural and Irrigation <br />• Environmental <br />• Electrical <br />• Mechanical <br />• Instrumentation and Control Systems <br />• Financial and Economic Consulting Engineering <br />In addition Consultants may be asked to perform the following tasks: <br />• Hydraulic modeling of the water distribution, storm water, and sewer collection systems <br />• Evaluations, water assessment studies and recommendations related to water wells, <br />reservoirs, water treatment systems, disinfection systems, pressure control systems, and <br />sewage lift stations, <br />• Flow Monitoring studies <br />• Electrical and industrial control systems evaluations, studies, drawings, documentation and <br />recommendations <br />• Mapping Services <br />• Environmental/Planning Support <br />• Construction Management Support <br />• Special Engineering Studies/Reports/Compliance and Investigations <br />• Regulatory Compliance with Federal and State and Local Agencies <br />• Financial/cash flow analysis- public works programs <br />• Sustainable Infrastructure Services <br />If there are any exceptions to the core of requested services, proposers shall list said exceptions in <br />their proposal (matrix form), <br />For specialized work for which the prime consultant shall require a sub -consultant, the prime <br />consultant shall serve as an administrative liaison between the City and the sub -consultant. <br />The selected consultants must have the expertise, experience, and demonstrated resources <br />available to perform the work described in this RFP. <br />General Requirements and Proieet Deliverables <br />The ConSUltant'S services for plans specifications and estimating (PS&E) for engineering project <br />preparation and special studies/invostigations shall include and in be in conformance with the latest <br />editions of the following: Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations (California Building <br />Standards Code), American Water Works Association, California Department of Transportation, <br />the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Santa Ana Municipal Code (SAMC), professional <br />Standards established by the City, and or federal, state and local guidelines established in the <br />project. <br />As part of the preparation of the PS&E, the consultant shall prepare the special provisions <br />pertaining to the items of work included in the plans that are not addressed on the latest editions <br />of the applicable standards. <br />The Consultant shall have complete responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 19-100 <br />Page Al-2 <br />
