Los Angeles Stadium and Entertainment District at Hollywood Park Reclaimed <br />•"";; Water Plans - West Basin Municipal Water District — 17140 South Avalon Boulevard, <br />Suite 210, Carson, CA 90746 <br />Contact: Mr. Don Zylstra, Project Manager donz(@westbasin.org <br />AKM is currently providing Construction Inspection for the project which involves the construction <br />of approximately 13,500 lineal feet of 8 inch to 12 inch PVC recycled water pipe. Also included are <br />valves, air/vacs and blow -offs, as well as hydrostatic testing and flushing of the completed pipeline. <br />The pipeline will serve recycled water for irrigation at the new Los Angeles Rams Stadium and <br />Entertainment District, as well as filling a proposed lake within the entertainment district. The facility <br />is being constructed by Turner/AECOM, the developer of the stadium and entertainment district; <br />yet will be owned and operated by West Basin Municipal Water District. With 49 different <br />contractors working on the site each day, communication and coordination at the field level is critical <br />to maintain schedule. <br />Watermain Improvements At Mariposa <br />City of El Segundo — 350 Main Street, El Segundo, CA 90245 <br />Contact: Mr. Lifan Xu, City Engineer (310) 524-2368 Ixu(a)elseoundo.oro <br />AKM provided construction management and inspection <br />services for the project which consists of the construction of 1650 <br />LF of 12" ductile iron water main, 30 LF of 10" ductile iron water <br />lateral, 220 LF of 10" ductile iron water lateral, and 465 LF of 6" <br />ductile iron water lateral, all fittings and appurtenances, three (3) <br />connections to the existing system, hydrostatic testing, <br />disinfection and flushing, trench excavation, pipe bedding, trench <br />backfill, trench resurfacing, and temporary and permanent traffic striping and markings, and 100 <br />LF of trench excavation. <br />Myra Avenue Street, Storm Drain And Sewer Improvements Project #3 <br />V City of Cypress — 5275 Orange Avenue, Cypress, CA 90630 <br />Contact: Mr. Doug Dancs, Community Development Director (714) 229-6744 <br />ddancs(a)ci.cvoress.ca.us <br />AKM provided construction management and inspection services for the Myra Avenue In -Line <br />Detention Basin, Storm Drain and Sewer Improvement Project, which is currently in the punch list <br />and completion phase. The Project consisted of three tasks. The first task was to remove and <br />reconstruct a portion of the existing sewer collection and clean and reline a portion of the existing <br />sewer collection system located on Myra Avenue, Marion Avenue, Aqueduct Drive, Tanforan Drive, <br />Hialeah Drive, Pimlico Drive, Virgil Circle, Delano Drive, Cary Circle, and Beaver Circle. The new <br />sewer that would extend under the reinforced concrete box on Myra Avenue were encased in <br />reinforced concrete. The second task was to construct approximately 2000 feet of 13' (W) x 4.5' <br />(H) reinforced concrete box on Myra Avenue as well as a lateral storm drain systems on intersecting <br />side streets.
