<br />W&A assists the City by providing Project Management, Construction
<br />Management and Inspection services on CIP projects, industrial and
<br />commercial developments. The construction of these developments
<br />includes mass grading and installation of sewer, water and storm
<br />drains. Inspectors also prepare daily reports with photographs, attend
<br />meetings and work with the City and contractors to remediate any
<br />concerns or issues. Construction management and inspection projects
