This <br />work was located within the City of San Diego and the project includes point repairs, manhole replacement, <br />manhole rehabilitation, manhole repair, construction of new cleanouts, and rehabilitation of existing sewer <br />laterals. Duties included coordination with materials testing subconsultants, prepared daily reports, checked <br />quantities for progress payments, tracked extra work and contract change order work, coordinated with City <br />operations and maintenance staff for construction activities and start-up and reviewed as-builts for the project. <br />Citywide Pump Station Upgrades, Group III Sewer Force Mains, City of San Diego, CA <br />CM/Resident Engineer/Inspector for $2.9M project for installation of new PVC sewer force main, new <br />discharge manholes, and the other items as defined by plan and specification at total of 12 Sewer Pump <br />Stations located in San Diego. Duties included coordination with materials testing subconsultants, prepared <br />daily reports, checked quantities for progress payments, tracked extra work and contract change order work, <br />coordinated with City operations and maintenance staff for construction activities and start-up and reviewed as- <br />builts for the project. <br />Rio Vista Water Treatment Plant, Castaic Lake Water Agency, Los Angeles, CA <br />Resident Inspector for the $80M plant expansion and building of new clarifier -filter structure, conversion of raw <br />water pipeline to an ozone pipeline contactor, installation of the pump station for plant water, sludge thickener <br />tank, modification of the wash water recovery basins, installation and modification of electrical controls with a <br />master programmable logic controller to support future capacity. Duties included coordination with materials <br />testing subconsultants, provided special inspection for structural steel, welding, structural concrete, provided <br />daily reports, checked quantities for progress payments, tracked extra work and contract change order work, <br />coordinated with agency operations and maintenance staff for construction activities and start-up, reviewed as- <br />builts and performed QA inspection for the project. <br />Earl Schmidt Intake Pump Station Modification, Castaic Lake Water Agency, Los Angeles County, CA <br />Construction Manager/Inspector for $4.7M removal and reinstallation of existing 54" diameter discharge header <br />located at pump station lower level, and realignment of the existing 24" diameter, discharge piping, valves and <br />appurtenances. Duties included coordination with materials testing subconsultants, provided special inspection <br />for structural steel, welding, structural concrete, provided daily reports, checked quantities for progress <br />payments, tracked extra work and contract change order work, coordinated with agency operations and <br />maintenance staff for construction activities and start-up, reviewed as-builts and performed QA inspection for <br />the project. <br />Ground Water Transmission Main Project, Phase II, Castaic Lake Water Agency, Los Angeles County, <br />CA <br />Construction Manager and Inspector for installation of the new 16" groundwater transmission main.
