He has <br />worked with Civil Engineering, Construction and Survey companies plus <br />government agencies to establish specific CAD graphic design standards, <br />customize applications to follow design standards and outline the best practice <br />processes to follow that incorporate the specifics needed for each organization <br />based on their size or structure. He has taught hundreds of custom training <br />classes on Civil, Survey, Hydraulic & Hydrology and GIS applications for ENR 500 <br />firms, major cities, counties, DOTS and other government agencies. <br />TAIT & Associates, CAD Manager, 2018-Present <br />Drew is responsible for establishing, maintaining and documenting CAD <br />standards for TAIT civil design projects, survey deliverables and various client <br />required standards. He works with design teams to properly establish projects <br />and setup what is needed to meet requirements for unique agency CAD <br />standards, coordinate systems, GIS deliverables or specific construction and <br />compliance documents. To ensure CAD users are working effectively and <br />efficiently, he performs regular training sessions for groups or individuals to <br />show the proper effective and efficient usage of software, to address a user or <br />group's specific needs related to CAD applications and technical analysis <br />software or provide guidance on unique design processes that will produce a <br />required deliverable. Drew assists the CAD users when they are having issues <br />with design or survey applications and helps the IT department with the setup, <br />configuration and deployment of design applications. <br />Eagle Point Software, Major Accounts Consultant, 2004-2018 <br />Drew worked as the Eagle Point technical consultant for the major accounts <br />team. He would determine the needs of clients, create proposals and set the <br />implementation schedule based on the needs. He would assist each client with <br />some part of the setup, customization and implementation of design, survey or <br />GIS software. He would also work with the companies for the documentation of <br />the specific step-by-step processes to be used based on the unique organization <br />structure of each company. This consulting was for civil engineering, survey, GIS <br />and architectural applications from Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI and other <br />companies. Some of the organizations he was responsible to work with were <br />Psomas, Tetra Tech, HDR, ARCADIS, Parsons, TRC Companies, Schneider, Golder <br />& Associates, David Evans & Associates, Woolpert, Seimens, CHA Companies, <br />DLZ Corp., Surveying and Mapping (SAM), Integral Group, Lumos, Minnesota <br />�II TAIT Appendix Page 133 <br />
