was designed to be environmentally sensitive to <br />existing bird habitat, and architectural renderings <br />were created to provide a "look and feel" for the <br />community. Psomas worked closely with OCWD <br />to construct a new vehicle access from OCWD <br />property. <br />Psomas also worked with OCWD to route the <br />tank overflow and drain line to an existing OCWD <br />drain line, as well as obtain permission to utilize <br />soil dredged from the adjacent Anaheim Lake for <br />backfilling the existing buried reservoir following <br />demolition. <br />Construction management services included <br />coordination with permitting agencies, utility <br />coordination, resident engineering and <br />inspection.
