Ms. Bean oversaw the construction management <br />Packages <br />and inspection services for the $14.7M, three-phase Arantine Hills sewer <br />Nuclear Waste Safety <br />and water improvement projects to provide the necessary infrastructure for <br />for Workers <br />the Arantine Hills Development project. The project involved the construction <br />of a buried cast -in -place sewer lift station with above -grade controls. This <br />AVAILABILITY <br />was connected to a second project to construct the sewer force main with <br />70% <br />fused HDPE pipe via conventional open trench and trenchless jack -and -bore <br />sewer construction along arterial streets and Caltrans ROW, forming 4 miles <br />of pipeline. Relocation of 3,300 LF of potable water line also was required to <br />install the new force mains. A third project managed simultaneously was the <br />construction of the California Avenue Sewer at a depth of 25 feet below grade. <br />All three projects were to be completed together for the final and finished <br />sewer lift station to function. Upon completion of the projects, the City planned <br />to decommission its Water Reclamation Facility No. 3. Coordination with <br />developers was required for the construction of the sewer lift station within <br />their property, and Caltrans was required along certain reaches of the pipeline <br />construction for construction within their ROW. <br />Group 12 CIPP Sewer Relining Program <br />LONG BEACH WATER DEPARTMENT I LONG BEACH, CA <br />Construction Manager. Ms. Bean was the Construction Manager for the <br />Long Beach Water Department's Group 12 CIPP sewer relining program. <br />This involved providing construction oversight and observation of LBWD's <br />contractor to install almost 15,000 of 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch cured - <br />in -place sewer cleaning, pre -lining video, lining, and post -lining video. <br />Point repairs and manhole rehabilitations also were undertaken. Once the <br />installation of the CIPP began, Ms. Bean coordinated with the LBWD for <br />N V 5 <br />shutting off water services for the various residents and businesses along <br />the sewer line routes. Once curing was completed, a post -lining video was <br />run, followed by reinstallation of the laterals and top hat installation on select <br />laterals. <br />
