Mr. Maher assisted the Construction <br />Manager with the project management tasks of the $14.7M three-phase <br />Arantine Hills sewer and water improvement projects to provide the necessary <br />infrastructure for the Arantine Hills Development Project. The project involved <br />the construction of a buried cast -in -place sewer lift station with above -grade <br />controls. This was connected to a second project to construct the sewer force <br />main with fused HDPE pipe via conventional open trench and trenchless jack - <br />and -bore sewer construction along arterial streets and Caltrans ROW, forming 4 <br />miles of pipeline. Relocation of 3,300 LF of potable water line also was required <br />to install the new force mains. A third project managed simultaneously was the <br />construction of the California Avenue Sewer at a depth of 25 feet below grade. <br />SGVMWD Interconnect and Site Improvements <br />CITY OF AZUSA LIGHT AND WATER I AZUSA, CA <br />Assistant Construction Manager. Mr. Maher is assisting the Construction <br />Manager with the project management tasks of the SGVMWD Interconnect and <br />Site Improvements project. His role includes reviewing submittals, responding <br />to RFIs, reviewing change orders, and coordinating with the Engineer, the City <br />and other agencies as needed. The project consists of the construction of an <br />interconnection pipeline, including approximately 18-inch class 350 ductile iron <br />pipe, 14-inch and 18-inch schedule 40 CML&C steel pipe, including valves, <br />connections, abandonments and appurtenances. Work also includes a 14-inch <br />pressure -reducing and flow -control station, and site work that includes concrete <br />vault replacement, pavement replacement, grading and traffic control. <br />Paseo De Valencia Lift Station <br />MOULTON NIGUEL WATER DISTRICT I LAGUNA HILLS, CA <br />Project Engineer. Mr. Maher assisted with the preparation of plans, <br />specifications and cost estimates and construction support to rehabilitate <br />and upgrade the existing lift station by replacing the existing pumps and <br />mechanical, electrical and associated equipment. Plans will include provisions <br />V 5 for a future odor -control system in the new electrical equipment and for a <br />portable generator plug-in connection and associated equipment. <br />
