Provide visual inspection and evaluation <br />AVAILABILITY <br />of the condition of the steel roof framing and components, including the <br />40% <br />overflow funnel. The inspection involved observing the rafters, girders, support <br />columns, dollar plate and roof skin. In addition to the inspection, NV5 provided <br />a Technical Memorandum, which summarized the findings of the inspection <br />and provided repair recommendations. NV5 was then tasked to prepare repair <br />drawings for a halo rafter support. <br />Structural Investigation - Administration Building <br />OTAY WATER DISTRICT I SPRING VALLEY, CA <br />Lead Project Engineer/Lead Inspector. Performed on -site structural <br />investigation and reviewed as -built drawings on file to verify existing framing <br />configurations and locations of load -bearing walls in order to determine if <br />an interior non -load bearing wall and kiosk could be removed. Framing was <br />verified by looking through existing mechanical access hatches and opening <br />small hole in drywall ceiling. Framing was confirmed to be consistent with what <br />was depicted on as-builts. <br />Soledad Mountain Road 6-inch HP gas reroute <br />SDG&E I SAN DIEGO, CA <br />Construction Manager/Structures Representative. Mr. Dagley acted as <br />construction manager/structures representative for SDG&E during construction <br />activities at Garnet Avenue bridge over Rose Creek. This project included <br />coring through the abutment diaphragm and bent caps, excavating behind <br />abutment in order to install a 23-foot-long precast concrete "seismic box," and <br />installing a 10" steel casing which houses the 6" HP gas carrier pipe. Was on- <br />rIIIIIIIIIs <br />ite full time and maintained daily logs and photographs during construction <br />activities. Interfaced with SDG&E contractor crews and SDG&E crews in order <br />N V <br />to resolve various field issues during construction. <br />
