Prior to submittal into building plan check, submit a <br />Residential Amenity Plan for review. The plan shall depict <br />common amenities such as a Club Room/Library and a <br />Business Center, and interior amenities such as appliances, <br />kitchen cabinet finishes and bathroom finishes. At a <br />minimum, the cabinetry shall be stain grade and counter tops <br />shall be made of granite or similar stone material. <br />s. The Lounge area shall incorporate a commercial kitchen that <br />will be made available to residents of the tower. <br />t. Storage facilities at a rate of 266 cubic feet per unit shall be <br />provided <br />u.
