This Agreement contains the entire agreement between <br /> the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and there are no other representations, <br /> endorsements, promises, agreements or understandings, oral, written or inferred between the <br /> parties relating to the subject matter hereof. <br /> 7.4. Benefits. Nothing herein, express or implied, shall give to any person, <br /> other than the Trustee, acting on behalf of the Beneficial Owners, the Auction Agent and their <br /> respective successors and assigns, any benefit of any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim <br /> hereunder. <br /> 7.5.
