"Rating Category" means, with respect to any Permitted Investment, one of the generic <br /> categories of rating by Moody's and S&P applicable to such Permitted Investment, without <br /> regard to any refinement or graduation of such rating category by a plus or minus sign or a <br /> numeral. <br /> "Record Date" means, with respect to any Interest Payment Date, the fifteenth (15th) <br /> calendar day of the month preceding such Interest Payment Date,whether or not such day is a <br /> Business Day. <br /> "Redemption Fund" means the fund by that name established pursuant to Section 5.06. <br /> "Registration Books" means the records maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section <br /> 2.05 for the registration and transfer of ownership of the Bonds. <br /> "Reserve Account" means the account by that name in the Bond Fund established <br /> pursuant to Section 5.02(c). <br /> "Reserve Requirement" means, as of the date of calculation, the maximum amount <br /> obtained by totaling, for the current or any future Bond Year, the sum of: (a) the principal <br /> amount of all Outstanding Bonds maturing in such Bond Year; and (b)the interest scheduled to <br /> become payable during such Bond Year on the aggregate principal amount of Bonds which <br /> would be Outstanding in such period if the Bonds are retired as scheduled. <br /> "Revenues" means: (a) all amounts received by the Authority or the Trustee pursuant to <br /> or with respect to the Lease Agreements, including, without limiting the generality of the <br /> foregoing, all of the Lease Payments (including both timely and delinquent payments,any late <br /> charges, and whether paid from any source), prepayments and insurance proceeds, but <br /> excluding any Additional Payments; and (b) all interest, profits or other income derived from <br /> the investment of amounts in any fund or account established pursuant to this Indenture. <br /> "S&P" means Standard & Poor's Ratings Services, a division of The McGraw-Hill <br /> Companies,Inc.,New York,New York,or its successors. <br /> "Securities Depositories" means The Depository Trust Company, 711 Stewart Avenue, <br /> Garden City, NY 11530, Fax (516) 227-4171 or 4190; Philadelphia Depository Trust Company, <br /> Reorganization Division, 1900 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103, Attention: Bond <br /> Department, Fax (215) 496-5058; and, in accordance with then current guidelines of the <br /> Securities and Exchange Commission, such other addresses and/or such other securities <br /> depositories as the Authority may designate in a Written Certificate of the Authority delivered <br /> to the Trustee. <br /> "State" means the State of California. <br /> "Supplemental Indenture" means any indenture hereafter duly authorized and entered <br /> into between the Authority and the Trustee, supplementing, modifying or amending this <br /> Indenture; but only if and to the extent that such Supplemental Indenture is specifically <br /> authorized hereunder. <br /> "Trustee" means U.S. Trust Company of California,N.A.,a national banking association <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, or its successor, as <br /> Trustee hereunder as provided in Section 8.01. <br /> 9 <br />
