13128-01 JHHW:BDQ:JHE 7/18/96 <br /> $27,725,000 <br /> COUNTYWIDE PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY <br /> 1996 REVENUE BONDS <br /> WRITTEN REOUEST OF AUTHORITY TO TRUS I'EE REGARDING INVESTMENTS <br /> The undersigned hereby states and certifies: <br /> (i) that the undersigned is the Treasurer of the Countywide Public Financing <br /> Authority (the "Authority"), is authorized to execute this certificate on behalf of the Authority <br /> and is knowledgeable with respect to the matters set forth herein; <br /> (ii) that the undersigned has read Article V of the Indenture of Trust, dated as of July <br /> 1, 1996 (the "Indenture"), between U.S. Trust Company of California, N.A., as trustee, as <br /> trustee (the "Trustee") and the Authority, and the definitions contained in the Indenture of the <br /> capitalized terms used in said Article; <br /> (iii) that on behalf of the Authority, the undersigned hereby requests the Trustee to <br /> invest, on the date hereof, the amounts deposited on the date hereof in the funds established <br /> pursuant to the Indenture in the investments set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein and hereby requests that those investments be acquired at their <br /> Fair Market Value as such term is defined in Section 1.01 of the Indenture; and <br /> (iv) that the undersigned acknowledges that the investments listed on Exhibit A are <br /> "Permitted Investments"as that term is defined in the Indenture. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my name this 31st day of July, 1996. <br /> COUNTYWIDE PUBLIC FINANCING <br /> AUTHORITY <br /> `o, <br /> R eri R.
