12024-17 JHHW:BDQ:JHE 7/29/96 <br /> $27,725,000 <br /> COUNTYWIDE PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY <br /> 1996 REVENUE BONDS <br /> WRITTEN REQUISITION NO. <br /> FOR DISBURSEMENT FROM BREA PROJECT ACCOUNT OF THE PROJECT FUND <br /> The undersigned hereby states and certifies: <br /> (i) that he is the duly appointed, qualified and acting Financial Services Director of <br /> the City of Brea, a general law city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of California (the "City), and as such, is familiar with the facts <br /> herein certified and is authorized and qualified to certify the same; <br /> (ii) that he is a duly designated "Authorized Representative" of the Member,as such <br /> terms are defined in that certain Indenture of Trust, dated as of July 1, 1996 (the "Indenture"), <br /> by and between U.S. Trust Company of California, N.A., as trustee (the "Trustee") and the <br /> Authority; <br /> (iii) that, pursuant to Section 3.04 of the Indenture, the Trustee is hereby directed to <br /> disburse this date from the Brea Project Account within the Project Fund established pursuant <br /> to the Indenture (the "Brea Project Account") to the payees designated on Exhibit A attached <br /> hereto and by this reference incorporated herein,an amount not to exceed the respective sum set <br /> forth opposite each such designation, upon receipt of an invoice therefor, in payment or <br /> reimbursement of the costs of the Project,described on said Exhibit A; <br /> (iv) that each obligation identified on the attached Exhibit A has been properly <br /> incurred by the City and are presently due and payable and is a proper charge against the Brea <br /> Project Account; <br /> (v) that no amount to be disbursed pursuant to this Requisition has been included in <br /> any Requisition requesting disbursement previously filed with the Trustee;and <br /> (vi) that capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the <br /> meanings ascribed thereto in the Indenture. <br /> Dated: CITY OF BREA <br /> By <br /> Lawrence D.
