The Report is required to include the names of the contractors and the amounts of <br />each contract along with a brief description. <br />Section 2-748 provides the City Manager contracting authority to enter into non-public works <br />contracts and agreements up to $50,000 and public works contracts and agreements up to <br />$250,000. <br />Exhibit 1 is a listing of all purchase orders and agreements (Non-COVID-19 related) entered into <br />during the period January 1, 2020 to March 31, 2020, valued at amounts between $500 and <br />$50,000 for non-public works and up to $250,000 for public works contracts and agreements. <br />Exhibit 2 reflects all COVID-19 related contracts entered into during the period January 1, 2020 <br />through March 31, 2020 valued at amounts between $500 and $50,000 for non-public works and <br />up to $250,000 for public works contracts and agreements. Contracts and service agreements <br />valued at greater than $50,000 for non-public works and greater than $250,000 for public works <br />require approval by City Council. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's effort to meet Goal #4 - City Financial Stability, Objective <br />#1 (maintain a stable, efficient and transparent financial environment). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />19C-1 <br />
