EXHIBIT 2 <br />WIOA COVID-19 Response Funding Plan <br />As of May 19, 2020 <br />PROGRAM• • <br />DESCRIPTION OF <br />To swiftly help workers most impacted financially by COVID-19 to <br />WIOA Dislocated Worker Funds for Underserved COVID- <br />provide supportive services up to $400 if receiving at least 50% of <br />19 Impacted Individuals (25% DW) <br />previous wages or $800 if receiving less than 50% of their wages from <br />employer or UI payments. <br />Assist renters and homeowners impacted by COVID-19 reasons and meet <br />Poverty Income Level guidelines to pay gas, electric,phone, and water utility <br />Emergency Utilities/Housing Assistance <br />bills and or rental assistance. Coordinate with Housing Division to implement <br />$ 300,000 <br />with their Santa Ana COVID-19 Emergency Rental Relief Fund. Households <br />Relief Fund <br />receiving up to 50% of their previous wages may receive $400 in assistance, <br />households receiving less than 50% of their wages may receive up to $800 in <br />assistance. <br />Provide devices and/or access to reliable Wi-Fi so students can continue <br />50,000 <br />Distance Learning Tools -Adult Students <br />with distance learning.
