During a fiscal year, the City may <br />need to amend the CIP in order to incorporate additional projects, and/or modify or remove projects <br />from the list. During FY 2019-20, the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency <br />incorporated additional projects to address the needs of deteriorating facilities and the award of grant <br />funding for multiple projects.
