City of Santa Ana Well No.32 Rehabilitation Project <br />Final Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />3.0 CLARIFICATIONS AND MODIFICATIONSTO THE IS/MND <br />The following clarifications and modifications are intended to update the draft IS/MND in <br />response to the comments received during the public review period. These modifications clarify, <br />amplify, or make insignificant changes to the IS/MND. Revisions to the IS/MND have not <br />resulted in new significant impacts or mitigation measures or increased the severity of an <br />impact. None of the criteria for recirculation set forth in the CEQA Guidelines section 15088(a) <br />have been met, and recirculation of the IS/MND or preparation of an Environmental Impact <br />Report is not required. <br />The changes to the draft IS/MND are listed by section and page number.
