City of Santa Ana <br />FY2021-FY2025 Strategic Plan <br />3 MODERN FACILITIES & INFRASTRUCTURE <br />Ensure maintenance and preservation of City facilities and roadways to better serve the population and visitors. <br />Current State <br />Facilities were constructed, but do not have adequate funding for operations and maintenance. The existing <br />infrastructure lacks a plan for renovation and modernization. <br />Degree of Effort Needed to Achieve Success <br />Over the next 5 years, Santa Ana will need to make a substantial shift from its current efforts. <br />Goals <br />3.1 PARKS MASTER PLAN: Develop and implement master plans for parks and facilities. (Parks & Recreation) <br />3.2 INFRASTRUCTURE MASTER PLANS: Develop and implement master plans for utilities, infrastructure, and <br />roadways.
